I have the Motorolla MPx220 and have pretty much been happy with it the past 6 months, however, recently my Cingular Express Mail stopped working. It's the service that turns smartphones with cingular into more like Blackberrys where your phone constantly checks to see if you have new mail. You load it onto your desk top and it will check your Outlook and then sync with your smartphone.

Not only did the program on my desktop stop working, but in addition my browsers wont even connect to any of the Xpress web sites. I even tired my wireless laptop without the Xpress program downloaded on it and can't get to their web sites either. I can access the sites from my workplace down the street, which uses the same internet provider. It's almost as if my Linksys router suddenly blocking both computers??

Sorry, I don't have any insight to your problem (I'm not using Cingular and don't have a MPx220), but I think this question would be better in our Cingular form. So I've moved it over to that forum and removed the cross post. ;)

I am a heavy user of xpress mail and the push technology - have had a few problems with intermittent connections lately but that seems to be resolved since I installed the new software (New clients for the desktop, phone and PDA versions).

Recommend you do a fresh install of the clients on all your devices.
