smt5600 and unlock how to ? and settings

I bought 2 of these phones (smt5600) on ebay and they both sellers said the phones are unlocked but i recived them and put my active cingular sim in and it is asking for the unlock code
So it looks like it's not unlocked unless i'm doing something wrong
the person i bought one of the phones off of emailed 2 differnat codes but neither one worked
I need some help to get this phone up and running
any codes or free sites or how to ?? or cheap unlock sites
I bought them to replace my Sony T637 i'm looking to sell

Hey mike... I cant seem to get onto the site. Is there a problem with my browser? I use IE. cant find page. im thinking about buying a new phone since Audiovox says it cost about 150-250 to replace the LCD screen i broke by dropping the phone after 1 week. Ill probally buy a locked phone and have it unlocked.

thanks ... it works!!! Now all i need to do is purchase another phone. Im not waiting 4+ weeks like the guy on CNET did. Might as well... cost just as much to repair and they say you should backup any info on the phone. They are not responsible for any lost data. This Audiovox company sucks!!! Customer service I would rate a 1 if I put Cingular at a 10. I rate Cingular a 6. Pretty bad huh... Customer Rep was rude and didnt seem to care about the problem. Very disappointed. I may need to contact the right authoritative external offices in their state of opperation.
