Actually, the quoted story (and most Web sites I've seen post this) got the information backwards. The domain list (http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/policy/DomainNameDownload.html) is not a list of spammers; it is a list of domains that wireless companies use for sending messages to. In other words, the list contains domains that spammers should not send messages to.

Interesting.

I've never gotten cellphone spam (thank god) so this doesn't directly affect me. But i know how mad i am to get spam in my inbox -- my fury would prob double if it was getting sent to my cellphone.
