From the land of earthquakes, fires, floods and droughts I want to thank the good people who run this site for inviting me to this spot. I live in Los Angeles and I am pilot full time and a computer consultant part of the time. You have seen me here as Lasher in the past (and maybe again after they read my first post!) I like sunsets, walks on the....oh sorry, wrong board.

Seriously, I have learned a lot from coming here and I hope I can give some of that back as a Contributing Editor. Anything else you want to know please ask. :)

Jerry, it'll good to read your posts on a regular basis.

By the way, are you an Anne Rice fan? Is that where the name "Lasher" came from?

Finally, something to start you working...I can't post here via my smart phone. I'm using an SMT 5600 with AT&T as my carrier. Am I the only one to ask this question?

Again, congrats.

Thanks :)
You are right about where my original name came from. That series was about the only books from her I really liked.

When you say you can't post can you be more specific? If you are referring to the page format then that is correct, for now all but the front page is formatted for mobile devices. That will change when subscription service is offered.

You should be able to post even though you will have to swim around the page to do it.

Cool, the Mayfair witches was a great series. I loved the 2nd and 3rd lestat series books. Then they got very strange. Although I read them all. Now she's moving into more of a combination between them both.

No, I have no problem swiming around, after I write my reply, if I attempt to submit it or preview it, I am taken back to the input screen to my reply.

Sort of weird.

Yeah that is strange. I don't know why you are having that happen. Post that issue in the general discussion area. More will see it there :)

Crashing the party late - I've been pretty busy the past few days and haven't had time to do a run through SPT...

But anyway, glad to see you've joined the SPT Team Jerry (or should I say, Lasher)! :P I'm looking forward to your contributions... :)

Well thank you :)
I'm still brand new so it isn't late at all!
