is there any software which allows to control mac os X (itunes, idvd, etc.)by ms smartphone via bluetooth?

Not that I am aware of. That doesn't mean it isn't out there. Just I haven't seen it. If you know of an application for the Pocket PC that does this, chances are good that they might be porting it. So I would start there.
