Have you tried to upgrade your Red-E developer kit Smartphone to Smartphone 2003? We're getting reports from people having trouble with ActiveSync after doing the upgrade and other reports of not being able to getting the installation process to work. I even spoke with one person last night who's device won't work at all anymore. How did it go for you? For those about to do the upgrade, be very careful about following the instructions closely and allowing yourself enough time to go through the process patiently.
