The Mio 8380 is currenly being sold in Taiwan and China. Can anyone translate?<br /><br /><img src="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/images/mitacmio8380_small01.jpg" alt="User submitted image" title="User submitted image"/>

Hmm... even babelfish can't quite get that translated well. Looks like a really nice phone though... I think they gave it a thumbs up of some sort. :)

Either people from Taiwan are REALLY small or that is one BIG phone. Still really nice though!

Are the menus in English? If yes I could use it here in the US.

I was lucky enough to play with one last night, and yes, it is quite large ("hefty" is the word that immediately came to mind). But I still fell instantly in love. The screen is absolutely gorgeous. The keys are also quite large and easy to press and have a funky blue backlight. Its rather heavy too, not like your typical tiny clamshell, and it feels rather plasticky. But the screen, the SCREEN! Pictures and videos taken with the integrated camera were also really good. I couldn't put it down - I definitely want to get one of these when they come out. I was able to take some picitures, but unfortunately the circumstances weren't too good - I only had my stupid Zire 71 camera on me, it was in poor lighting conditions, and we were late for dinner. But I'll post what pics I do have on my website soon.

Are we talking bigger than the original Handspring Treo's? Which device would you say it is closest to in size?

I'll post what pics I do have on my website soon.

Please let us know when you post the pictures! I would love to check the out.
