It can be a bit tricky to encode videos in a format that are optimal for playback on Windows Media Player or Pocket TV. What settings and programs have you found to deliver the best results?

If you are encoding for Windows Media Player, make sre that ou use Windows media Encoder 7.1 and not the latest v9 codecs.

Also, try to keep the bitrate below 64K... It seems to be smooth at 51k total at 160x120 at 10fps... try to match it with about 10k sound on 11Khz mono.
