If you're not familiar with it, <a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/air/" target="_blank">Adobe Air</a> is a runtime environment similar to .Net or a Java VM. It provides all the necessary tools and libraries for you to run programs written using Adobe AIR on your Android device. This opens up the possibility for some great cross-platform software in the near future.
