Droid Versus iPhone 4, Does Size Matter to You?
I thought this was an interesting comparison of the sizes of the two devices. There are several more posted at Engadget. And David Pogue has a few things to say about the Droid X in this video.

It's really not that huge. People need to understand that most of these big screen phones (HD2, DroidX) have very little bezel around the screen. Prior to me losing my HD2 I was happily carrying that AND a Nokia E72.
