#4 Isn't Bad When You Look at the Rest of the List

"This a bit of good news for Apple -- despite the numerous complaints seen day to day against the company, Apple's online store came in fourth in overall customer satisfaction in a recent survey."

This survey happened during a two-week period in February 2010, and the results show Apple ranked behind Netflix, Amazon and Avon to snag the number 4 spot. I can't say much about shopping at Avon (no, the Internet rumors are false), but the other three are stellar for customer service in my experience.
