HTC Diamond First Impressions
"It’s safe to say that HTC has once again managed to shake up the market big time. And while they were on the modest side last year, this time around the HTC Touch Diamond is not only a revolutionary product, but also the proving ground for the maker’s new platform, which it will be running with in the near future."
Contrary to what Engadget Mobile says, Mobile-review.com hasn't done a review of the Touch Diamond just yet - that's still to come. If you've ever seen one of Mobil-review's actual reviews, you'll know how extensive those can be. The device they have in hand is a pre-production sample, and they've touched (if you'll pardon the pun) lightly on the device's looks and capabilities. In that sense, this a nice preview for those who are itching to see what the Diamond is all about.

I don't think this is a "first impressions" article either. Mobile-Review doesn't say that they have a Diamond, they have no new photos of the Diamond, and they don't even have guaranteed specs. This appears to be just a round-up article of all the stuff that's already known about the device from HTC and other sources, as well as some speculation.

Mobile-Review has published at least two articles; the Engadget Mobile article links to the earlier (they have messed up the URL's, it seems). The newer is far better; it's at http://www.mobile-review.com/pda/rev...amond-en.shtml
