Default Windows Mobile 5 - On A Wrist Watch

http://asia.cnet.com/crave/2008/04/...ndows-mobile-5/

Despite the best efforts of many industrious Chinese startups, multifunctional wristwatches are still far from commonplace--whether they provide music, video, phone service, or all of the above. But no market (or device) is too small for the ubiquity of Windows operating systems.

Apparently it is a Pocket PC/Professional version as it has  an OLED touchscreen and even supports handwriting recognition! I wonder what the battery life will be like? I am surprised they didn't use the SmartPhone/Standard build since that has the ability to go into a more battery friendly sleep than the Pocket PC does. There is no indication of a cellular radio, so push email is out, but it does support WiFi, so you can be connected. Would you wear a device like this?

Hi! I've been using a few watch phones recently, from the M800,M800i, M700 and K2008. They run on a propriety os, not wm5, but it looks pretty much like the display on this watch. I've written a review on my blog too : http://docfiles.blogspot.com/2008/02...ne-review.html
However having this and a pda phone is a bit of an overkill. My main problem is always worrying if I will get it wet!
