Windows Mobile 5 - On A Wrist Watch
Despite the best efforts of many industrious Chinese startups, multifunctional wristwatches are still far from commonplace--whether they provide music, video, phone service, or all of the above. But no market (or device) is too small for the ubiquity of Windows operating systems. Apparently it is a Pocket PC/Professional version as it has an OLED touchscreen and even supports handwriting recognition! I wonder what the battery life will be like? I am surprised they didn't use the SmartPhone/Standard build since that has the ability to go into a more battery friendly sleep than the Pocket PC does. There is no indication of a cellular radio, so push email is out, but it does support WiFi, so you can be connected. Would you wear a device like this?
