"I haven't had much time to use the 614 as yet but my initial thoughts are that this is a well designed and built device which looks attractive and seems to perform well. I have to say, however, that it is a lot bigger than I expected it to be, I thought it would similar to the HTC S730 but in terms of size it's slightly larger than the TyTN II!"
Given the interest in this device, it's a shame this won't be available in the US. The hardware specs are a cut above a lot of the competition with quadband GSM, tri-band HSDPA, 520MHz processor, and 128MB RAM. The "c" designation BTW, refers to models with an integrated 3MP camera. Enjoy the video!

I was watching it on the Clove UK website for weeks.
Last friday they had it in stock, and I bought it with 8gb MicroSD card.
It came here in under a week.
The camera (3mp) works great in low light, has 4x zoom and the LED light is a must (I dont understand why the other PocketPC OEMS dont put a LED light with camera devices - and for that matter no zoom) - Have you ever seen a camera with no flash??? Its a HP so the camera is a true camera (and camera app) not just 3mp - spec wise. The camera video does record better then the specs, QCIF and QVGA.
Also it has a program on the ROM called VoiceCommander. You just say what you want it it does it. eg. Start <program name>, or find <contact name>
The VoiceCommander has NO learning on it, and it doesnt need it. Its fantastic.
Im still trying to figure out the unit, but the more I learn, the more I like.
The only complaints:
1) You have to pull off the back cover and pull out the battery to insert a MicroSD card into it. This might be since the SDHC format supports up to 32 gb (like a PC hard drive). I think HP did this on purpose since its for business.
2) The joypad has to be 'learned'. I took me about 2 hours to find out how to play a game from my site. But once you learn it its fantastic.
Other then that its (in my opinion) the best device I have used. Also the processor is way better then other OEM offerings.
BTW: Im in Canada so no customs problems, just a charge, taxes, extortion fees etc.
