Popsphere http://sphere.mobicosm.com/popsphere/ has been around for awhile now. I'm not sure you can call yourself "first" when you're at the very minimum a distant 2nd.
Plus, Popsphere does it better when you consider that you can use it to customize your Minisphere, as well as add any mobile site w/o needing approval.
