O2 Stellar Reviewed
"I've been honoured to have the Stellar in daily use since early September (thanks O2) and I'm very impressed with all aspects of it's design and function. It's fast in operation, comfortable to use. As a PIM device as well as Alarm Clock, eBook Reader, Navigation System, and Messaging tool it has performed superbly. If I was issuing awards it'd have to be given the title of Best Xda yet!"

If you hadn't yet had your fill of Kaiser reviews, O2's iteration of the Kaiser has enough quirks that make this review worth a look. Among the differences - an enhanced wired headset, a slightly different software suite (no HTC Home, you get O2 stuff instead), and SPB GPRS Monitor and Sprite Backup come gratis.

Will they have a non-camera model, like AT&T and their Tilt 8900?
Further, do ANY other vendors provide such a model?
Today, many companies do not allow camera-enabled phones on campus, so this is becoming a big problem.
I'm referring to all-inclusive PDAs, of course: PDA + phone +WIFI + BT+GPS...
AFAIK, currently only the HP Ipaq HW69XX and the AT&T Tilt 8900 conform to this.

a) A quick tap with hammer and nail, any offending littfe camera lens is completely disabled. Cover with a blob of epoxy for a smooth finish.
b) A generous blob of nail polish; same result. Use a bright colour to make it completely obvious.
c) Use an older model without all the bells and whistles. Many are great devices, without cameras, and in great condition for a bargain price.

I know that.........
I work in a place that does not allow any cameras, even ones with nail polish on top...
Basically I'm after a pda-phone that has it all except a camera (I currently have an HW6910).
Afaik the only other PDA to have this functionality (and without a camera) is the Tilt 8900.

They came with my HTC-branded TyTN II as well. So what's the difference?

AFAIK, they're not part of the package here in Asia - nor are these apps included with other carrier-branded versions.

Finally some advantage of living in Europe. :-) Except for that over-price I paid for it :?
