Default New Games Roundup

http://software.pocketpcthoughts.co...ct.asp?id=15244

First up, AIM Productions has released Rabbit Wars, a turn based strategy game with humour as one of the ingredients. What makes this game really intriguing are the multiplayer options - along with a 4-player hotseat mode, the game includes a 2-player mode that allows games to be played over the internet, LAN, or bluetooth, and between mobile and PC versions (the latter is included free with purchase of the mobile version). Rabbit Wars is available for a discounted $14.95 through our affiliate link until Nov 15, after which the price gets bumped up to $19.95.

Next we have In-Fusio's Line Rider Mobile, and...I can't even begin to describe the gameplay. It looks like it consists of drawing different varieties of tracks, through which you send a virtual sledder. The big draw here is probably the social aspect - you can try out tracks made by other people, and your own tracks can be uploaded through the Line Rider Mobile website, which obviously enhances the replay value. Line Rider Mobile can be purchased for $14.95 through our affiliate link.

Screenshots after the break!

When I saw the title "Rabbit Wars", the first thing that came to my head was "Oh no, not another worms clone!" It doesn't look like it resembles it at all.

I like the multiplayer options, especially the ability to play with a PC. I wish we could see this feature more often.

Line Rider looks totally off the wall. The pictures don't describe what gameplay is like at all.

Why do we see very few games for Windows Mobile? Someone port Half-life or Starcraft already!
