Default T-Mobile Only US Carrier Not On Worst Customer Service Survey?

http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/SavingandDebt/Advice/HowCompaniesWereRanked.aspx

MSN Money and Zogby did a survey of companies with the worst customer service opinions by its customers. Sprint-Nextel was right there at the top. Verizon and AT&T were also on the list, but in fairness, it could be their landline business - it doesn't say. T-Mobile isn't on the list anywhere though.

How would you rank the customer service of your carrier? List the carrier in your reply to the thread. This will just give us an idea of how satisified Pocket PC Thoughts readers are with their carriers in general.

T-Mobile.
Their customer service has been superb. That's why I've been with them the last 3 1/2 years.

AT&T (formerly Cingular; my town still calls it Cingular)
The only carrier that I can pick up at home, and the local people are friendly and more than willing to help. So, I always deal locally. I know the rest of the world doesn't like AT&T. It's great for me.

Verizon. I've been with them for about 5 years total (went to sprint for about a year :| ). I'm never on hold long. The service is great in my area and anywhere else i go. They never hesitate to send me a new phone when/if something goes wrong, free of charge and next day delivery. Also, i never see anything out of place on my bill. I doubt i will ever switch to another carrier (but they better hurry up and release the VX6800)

Fortunately, it's difficult for me to answer this. I've been with Cingular for about 7 years now. It used to be terrible, I had bad reception, lots of lost calls, problems with billing...that's all changed in the last year or two. I get good reception now, I don't lose calls, my bill has been correct for at least a year now. I haven't had a need for customer service...I'm getting great service, no need to call anyone.

Cingular/ATT still blows, IMO. Bad reception, bad service, bad experience. I'm gone as soon as my contract expires.

I'm with T-Mobile in the UK and their customer service has been excellent every time I've called. They made switching from my previous carrier simple and easy and have done a good job dealing with any questions I asked.

Over the years I've been with all the major UK carriers. So far T-Mobile have been the best.

T-Mobile, hands down. Even if they slow to implement new technology, they were slow with EDGE, now with 3G, but they make it up with excellent customer service.

Rogers. Excellent customer service. Service in general could be better, though. For example, I spent two non-consecutive days in Calgary recently. My data connection dropped to GPRS speeds a few times. There was one instance where I didn't have a signal, period. The best signal I've received has been Edge, on a device that's just waiting to pick up an HSDPA signal.

Default service

Telus has been excellent for me- my only beef with them is that I can't use the neat new devices coming out (HTC Advantage). I would really like to have that one! I've been with Telus for 14 years and the coverage has been total for me- since I've alway been out in the sticks - only visiting cities once in a while.
