Default HTC P3600i Launched In Australia

http://www.three.com.au/cs/ContentS...d=1185943301498

"The p3600i comes with Quadband GSM, Triband WCDMA (3G), high-speed WiFi (802.11g), GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0 and it's also 3.5G HSDPA ready. HSDPA will give you ultra-fast downloads on your p3600i. Accessing mobile services like email, the Internet and 3G content will give you a faster and ultimately a better browsing and downloading experience. The p3600i is able to access the Internet up to 5 times faster than current 3G speeds (subject to network conditions)."

If you're based in Australia, you can now get your hands on the HTC P3600i, an upgraded version of the HTC P3600 with a faster CPU and more ROM, complete with Windows Mobile 6 Professional. For now, this appears to be an Asia-Pacific release only, although we may see other carriers worldwide pick this one up in the near future.

Default why isn't this more popular

My brother bought a P3600 last month and showed it to me. Wow!

I haven't been in the PPC world for a while, and now I want back in, but... Why don't I see many reviews for this model? -- It seems that it's been out for a year -- and it's specs are much better than much of what I can see..

So, can anyone set me straight here? -- Is this a non-US PPC? Help!

Thanks.

(BTW -- looking for a new PPC phone; after using the Moto Q for a year I find I REALLY miss a touch screen -- and I'm not sure I really need a keyboard).
