PDAsync from Laplink
http://laplink.com/pdasync
"In an increasingly mobile world, synchronizing your PC between multiple handhelds and cell phones can be complicated. PDAsync provides you with simple, high-speed, one-click synchronization between your mobile devices and popular applications on your computer for all your corporate and individual needs."
Laplink has come out with a pretty impressive looking piece of synchronization software. It work on PCs running Windows 2000, XP or Vista, it supports device running Windows Mobile 2003 and later and with desktop apps like Outlook 98 and later, Lotus Notes R5 or higher, Groupwise 6.5 or higher, Lotus Organizer, ACT!
So, if ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center aren't cutting it for you, perhaps PDASync can do the trick. There is a trial version available and you can purchase it for $49.95.
