i-mate Ultimate Spec Sheets Revealed
You know the i-mate Ultimate specs inside out by now, although screen sizes and device dimensions may still be a bit of a blur - so, head over to Todo Pocket PC and check out the informative spec sheets of all five Ultimate devices. In a nutshell, the 8150 and 9150 sport 2.6" touch screens, the 5150 and 6150 sport slightly larger 2.8" touch screens, and the 7150 adds another inch with a 3.8" touch screen - all in 262K-colour, VGA goodness.
Update: Size comparison figure added below.
From left, 5150 to 9150.

Those are definitely sweet, but the joy stick kills the deal for me. Never again will I buy a smartphone with a joy stick. I hated the one on the 2125.

Re: i-mate Ultimate Spec Sheets Revealed
You know, I thought that the 9150 would turn out to be huge, but when you run those numbers, its footprint is actually smaller than the Cingular 3125, and it's only about .15 thicker than it to boot. Alright, now I want one of those in addition to one of the 7150s. And fries, please. :devilboy:

Wow, the 7150 looks big... But it's actually smaller than my wallet... Any word on getting these into the U.S.? Is T-Mo's 3G compatible with the frequencies on it?

They certainly look nice, especially with all of that VGA goodness, but where is the GPS?

Those look awesome. I think I want one or two. Finally, VGA on a WM phone that does not skimp on the rest of the hardware.
