Default More JAQ Than We Can Handle: i-mate Announces the JAQ4

http://www.clubimate.com/t-DETAILS_JAQ4.aspx

First, it was the eyesore known as the JAQ. Next, the JAQ3 (an upgrade so good that it blew the non-existent JAQ2 out of the water). And now, the JAQ4. Yes, we're not quite sure how a manufacturer manages to release a sequel to a sequel in the space of less than twelve months, but knowing i-mate, nothing is impossible. Unfortunately, there's nothing in the JAQ4 that cries innovation. There's the standard TI OMAP 200MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 1.2, 2.0-megapixel camera, miniSD slot, and QWERTY keyboard. On a positive note, it has a GPS receiver and runs Windows Mobile 6, but truth be told, that does nothing to reach the bar set by the Ultimate series and Toshiba's G900.

How do the TI OMAP processors compare in real world usage to the Intel XScale/Samsung processors?

I finally find the design of the JAQ decent. but the gps doesn't intrest me, I'd be afraid that it would be slow and lagging on the maps, but maybe without the gps it could sell as a nice cheap entry level pda for basic pim and a few other things.

Does anyone see the almost identical design of the Nokia E61/62 in this device?
