My buddy, Chris from Mobility Site, pointed me to this video of the DoS clan "stealing" the HTC Athena for their um... safekeeping. It's clear that the whole thing is staged, which begs the question, is this HTC viral marketing at work? You decide.

I actually laughed out loud at that point... no so much at the obvious ending zinger. Score one for HTC; glad to see they're going to the trouble to promote their baby.
A staged, viral vid is worth a thousand fan-boy posts!
In the video it looked like the keyboard snaps in place, so maybe this magnets are strong enough to enable the use of the device with keyboard without a table...

I had the pleasure of spending an hour with this device very recently.
I can confirm the keyboard snaps very hard and firm in place and IMO could easily be used on your lap etc. In fact the magnets are so strong, the first time you click the keyboard on, it takes you by surprise.
The camera is good too. The size is smaller than it looks, but it's too big for any pocket.

Ditto, also glad to see them making an effort to communicate just a bit to their fan base (who've likely considered doing the act they simulated for many of their devices!).
