Voxtel W740: 4.0-Megapixel CCD Pocket PC Phone Edition
We're liking the Voxtel W740's 4.0-megapixel auto-focus CCD (note, not CMOS) with flash, but truthfully, there's little joy elsewhere: a TI OMAP 730 200MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, tri-band GSM/GPRS support (no EDGE), Bluetooth (and no Wi-Fi), a microSD slot, and Windows Mobile 5.0. That lack of wireless connectivity just doesn't cut it these days.

It's a blizzard in Denver so I'm in for day lol. No Wi-Fi, 64 (58)MB and Micro SD? It looks good, though. That's about it on the outside. I'll pass.

Everytime my Dad comes back from out of the country he has a cool new phone with him. This time it's the Nokia N93 PDA phone, having 3.2MP autofocus 3x optical zoom Carl-Zeiss optics with Vario-Tessar lens with flash, and also supporting VGA 30fps MPEG-4 video recording. Not to mention the TV-out connection, CIF front-facing camera, and all the other high-end specs.
Unfortunately it's only triband GSM/EDGE, and only 2100MHz UMTS. We found that we could not get a reliable Cingular signal here without the 850MHz GSM band...
