Default Cingular 8525: First Hands-On Pictures

We were fortunate enough to get our hands on a Cingular 8525 for review, and new review team member Clinton Fitch (yes, that Clinton Fitch) is taking it for a spin. For now, here are some high-res hands-on photos for your enjoyment.

Thanks, I can't wait for the review I wonder if the PTT button can be remapped via that utility from XDA-Developers?

beq[/url]]Will any 8525 subsidy require adding a Cingular PDA/Data Connect service ($40-45/month for unlimited usage) to your voice plan? Or can you stick with a MEdia Net bundle (ie. MEdia Max unlimited data as low as $20/month)?

If you do want to tether the 8525 to your laptop once in awhile, would you need to add the more expensive Laptop Connect service ($60/month for unlimited usage) to your voice plan? Or can you stick with PDA/Data Connect service?

Just in time, I am looking for a new device and already fed up with T-Mobile ignorance.

I can tell you in using the device for my review that I have not had any screen alignment issues.

The screen alignment issue has been fixed with the current batch of Hermes, it really only affected a few units in the first production runs.
