Default How it works

Have you any more details/insight about using it? I'm an ex-weather geek doing some on-line reviews of similar products. Like the looks of this. I grabbed the demo from your site...thanks

I just installed the latest version and can't seem to add a new city. I did a search and found the city, but when I hit the select button nothing happened.

I'm running it on a WM5 device.

Default hmmm...

I just tried it on my 2003 device, and worked great?? Did you actually search it from their on-line database, or was it already in the default list? Do you have any connectivity issues with your network, using proxy or firewall potentially filtering certain traffic, etc? Were you connected directly to your network via wireless/network card, or via Active Sync? Can you update the weather for a default city (meaning a city in the default list)?

When I get a chance I'll try it out on WM5 as well.

BTW, Fizz has a decent phpBB forum http://www.fizzsoftware.com/forum/...didn't note your exact issue there, but some references to problems with updates via A/S

Thanks for the quick reply.

I was able to search for a city fine. My issue was that when I kit the "Select" soft key nothing happened. So I couldn't add it to the list.

However, sometime between yesterday and today, with any number of soft resets. It seems to be working now. Download is working fine too.

Thanks

Default cool

That's one of those deals where the planets must've finally lined up...leaves you scratching your head. I haven't had any issues yet, did note some users had complained about the update mysteriously not updating of a sudden via AS, which Fizz has been very responsive in trying to address...
