Default Birdsoft Releases Ulti-Planner 3.0

Birdsoft has released a major update to their PIM software, Ulti-Planner. The new version now includes support for Windows Mobile 5.0 and multiple display types (VGA and square), VGA calendar text, a photo contact list, phone dialing support, and numerous other enhancements and bug fixes.

Ulti-Planner 3.0 can be purchased from our affiliate software store for $14.95. A free trial version is also available.

And we'll be releasing Version 3.01 tomorrow, which fixes a few things, adds a few things... Oh, and we'll throw in another view...

I have a registered copy of ver 2.1, how do i upgrade? And does the new version support WM5 softkeys? Thanks

We have not yet implemented softkeys. We plan to at some point, especially when more softkey based devices are the norm. And we are continually trying to add more and more dpad support as well.

You can update your existing installation with the new version.
It is a FREE update...

Re the softkeys, i would argue that WM5 devices with softkeys are becoming the norm now: currently there is the Wizard(Qtek/K-Jam), Palm 700w, Universal(JasJar, Exec), O2 Atom, Asus P525 just released, Sprint and Verizon 6700 (Apache). More devices are expected like the Hermes and HP 6900 series. For an application to best take advantage of WM5 softkeys should be included. I hope you are able to add them soon. Thanks

Yes, more and more are becoming available. We definitely have it on the list..

We have released version 3.02 which has a few fixes and Contact Category Filtering as a new feature..
