In celebration of MEDC 2006, our sister site, Smartphone Thoughts, is offering Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition in their latest giveaway. Considering the Express Edition doesn't support mobile development out-of-the-box, the Professional Edition would be an awesome prize to win for all you Pocket PC and Smartphone developers out there.
