Default NewMobile and The Unwired Have the Goods on the T-Mobile MDA Vario II

http://blogs.msdn.com/jasonlan/arch.../31/565797.aspx

"NewMobile has published details on their site of the upcoming T-Mobile MDA Vario II. The device is based on the HTC Hermes product and in simple terms is a thinner Wizard device with 3G."

Jason Langridge's interpretation of the T-Mobile MDA Vario II (HTC Hermes) is pretty much accurate, as from his blogged quote above, or perhaps we're just weary of seeing and hearing about this device yet anxious for its release. The NewMobile link from his blog post shows yet another set of dreamy close-ups, as well as more detailed specifications that will want to encourage you to box up and eBay your current device while you still have the chance. Arne Hess at The Unwired also has a bunch of even closer close-ups on his latest PhotoView with an unbranded HTC Hermes and was very happy to note that the Hermes's funky-looking mini-USB port can accomodate a standard mini-USB cable. You can all breathe a sigh of relief now.

If you're referring to the QWERTZ keyboard style from the device that Arne at Unwired got, it's probably because it's the German version of the device.
