Unbound Medicine Releases Emergency Central

I may be the only one here with an interest in Emergency Medicine, so I will say "thanks" to Darius for this post. Looks like an interesting reference.
I also recommend (if anyone cares) Skyscape's "eMedicine." It's a compilation of all the peer-reviewed articles from the same-named website--you know, the articles that pop up whenever you google a medical topic. Much cheaper than Emergency Central's reference, I might add.
