Windows Mobile for a Living? Microsoft Wants You!
"A picture is worth a thousand words, or so they say, but imagine how cool it would be to not only be able to get one today, but to actually be a part of the developmentOur team works directly with our top OEM and Mobile Operator partners to bring the latest Smartphone and Pocket PC devices to market. The Smartphone market is fast paced and product life is short, so we work on 3-6 month release cycles to deliver the features and functionality Motorola, Samsung, HP, Dell, HTC and others need to build world class Smartphones and Pocket PCs. Some of our recent commercialization projects include the Audiovox SMT 5600, Samsung i730, Motorola MPX220, HTC Universal, and dozens more. We are scaling our team to commercialize more devices and have an excellent opportunity for PMs, Testers, and Developers to contribute to our goal of $1 Billion in sales by 2008. For general job postings in Windows Mobile Division go to our Web site. To directly send your resume to the Windows Mobile recruiting staff, please email your resume to: [email protected] and mention this website."
So you adore Windows Mobile and think you'd like to eat and breathe it all week long? Then shoot that resume on over and report for duty. ;-)

It must be too fast-paced for spell-checking. ops:
Sounds as though it would be a fun job, though.

I just spell-checked it with the Google toolbar and no errors were detected. Where's the typo?

Sheesh--they don't appear to list the pay for any of these positions. Do they expect that they'll lure people via the sure-fire joy of working for a huge corporation?

I work in another group at MSFT, and I can tell you the pay and benefits are very competitive. This is a great group too!!

Barry was pointing out that it should say "fast paced", and not "fast passed" as it does.

Aha. That would explain why the spell checker didn't get it. I've now fixed it.

Let's hope they fill this Program Manager position first!
"The new Engineering Services and Excellence team in the Mobile and Embedded Devices Division is looking for a Program Manager to define and drive stability for Windows Mobile products. You will be involved in defining the vision for stability and driving it to results."
Stable is good. :devilboy:

Just as long as they don't put the cart before the horse. ;-)
Good to see more folks joining the team. The more the merrier. 8)
