T-Mo On The Grow - Again!
"T-Mobile USA, Inc. has announced a record fourth quarter and full year 2005 customer results. The company is the U.S. operation of T-Mobile International AG & Co. KG, the mobile communications subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG. In the fourth quarter of 2005, T-Mobile USA added 1.39 million net new customers compared to 1.06 million in the third quarter of 2005 and 1.02 million in the fourth quarter of 2004. Net new postpay customer additions amounted to 911,000 in the fourth quarter of 2005, compared to 716,000 in the third quarter of 2005 and 812,000 in the fourth quarter of 2004. "
T-Mobile is up to over 21 million users, and out of that, 1 million are converged users. Hopefully this will prompt T-Mobile to increase the trend they recently started with introducing the SDA & MDA - namely, get power users back on their network!

Well the word is finally getting out! Great customer service and a quality product.
BTW, it seems they've increased marketing in the San Francisco area and they knocked off about $30/mo. on one of their more popular service plans.
I'm glad being a T-Mobile zealot is paying off.

It's a business model all businesses should adhere too. Good customer service and a quality control system does help in the short and long run.
Even though they had been slow on releasing new phones I still stuck with them because I didn't want to be treated "like a small fish in a big pond" by the other heavy weights.

I agree with whats been said so far. Don't forget they are one of the few that doesn't cripple their bluetooth stack. I remember when I used to use T-Rex (my phone) to connect Rex to the internet. My old carrier sprint would have never allowed that.
