E-TEN G500 In the Flesh

I guess after this, you can stop saying the E-TEN G500 is a RAZR + M600 gone mad. Portuguese site, PocketPT.net, has just published a couple of images of the device in the flesh. Specifications appear to match what was reported earlier: Samsung S3C2440A 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, SiRFstar III GPS, a miniSD slot, a 1.3-megapixel CMOS camera, and Windows Mobile 5.0. Oh yeah, no Wi-Fi.

Thats why I say, 'emotions' say louder than words !!
Anyway, jokes aside, this device looks pretty neat to me. Built-in GPS(hurray) and let me say it again..I hate mini-sd(why cant they get sd ??)
But still, nothing too bad about the device..nice for a casual and 'normal' user

I HATE normal. All I want is a device with VGA, CF + SD, 2700g, UTMS + 624mzh processor. What hard about that? Also where is the next generation of devices?

I too hate 'normal' though..but just think about the battery life of such a devise..Also dont forget about the bulkyness of such a devise. IMHO the battery is the main concern. Too bad we have to sacrifice somewhere.
**though you can get all what you need in X51V from Dell but 'minus' that UTMS(get a UTMS enabled phone to 'do away with it')
**edit: adding all those things in a phone would result in a very expensive devise too(get an axim+phone as suggested above dear !!)

OK I'll rephrase, what about VGA, CF + SD, 2700g, 4gb HDD + 624mzh. Now we know that is possible, but with palm. What Window Mobile needs is for someone to take a leap and try some new technology.

This makes me wonder if there is some design reason why integrated GPS and WiFi can't co-exist in the same device. Either that, or ODMs assume that we want to know how to get there, but don't care to use a hotspot once we get there.

Hi,
There is no space for the Wireless Antenna, this device is like the Eten M600/M500 but with a new MB,processor and functions.
GPS and Wifi can co-exist (HTC Prophet) but...No GSM functions. If the perfect device existed the market would stop and there wouldn't be new devices.
I'll try to find more information about this device
