Review Of Ultimate Cargo Pants From Scott eVest
http://www.the-gadgeteer.com/review/scottevest_ultimate_cargo_pants
I didn't know whether to put this in hardware (it is a physical object) or software, since it is soft, and you "ware" it. So, I classified this as an Article.
"My favorite style of pants, next to blue jeans, is cargo pants. One of the things that I like best about cargos - beyond the fact that they are usually cut with comfort in mind -is that they always have lots of pockets. Whether I am scrambling through the ruins at Mesa Verde, hiking at the ranch, running to the store or in the process of traveling, cargos make it possible to go places without carrying an extra bag - because the things that might ordinarily go into a small bag can instead go into the pant's pockets."
Judie models the Ultimate Cargo Pants
My ancient Docker Mobile Pants are starting to get threadbare and it is time I replaced a few pairs. Cargo pants are acceptable to wear to work, but I am not sure about the $119 price tag. As I post this though, I see that they are on sale for $99. Still a bit steep for my cheapness though.

Not sure of their availability in North America, but have you had a look at the Rohan (http://www.rohan.co.uk/) range of clothing?

I've got a couple of pairs of these and think they're great for my mobile tech needs.

Price is pretty nice too, IMHO.

I don't think $100 is that expensive. The Mountain Hardwear backpacking pants that I love so much are about $130 and they're worth every penny.

That would be Judie, and she comes free with every five pairs ordered!
I've ordered 10 pairs and expect my Judies in the post on Thursday. That's the way to do it!

Apparently most of you have not been going through airports lately.
This pant will surely triggered alarm all over the place. With Julie ...well let's say it a cat 1 alarm...forgive my lack of diversity...

My thoughts exactly. With my Scott eVests, I just whip them off and stick them in the tray for Xray. I don't see myself doing that with the pants.
