I bought both MST (PPC and Windows) and MPD a couple of months ago when I had to change my diet and lifestyle. I wish they were sharper on my VGA screen (Dell Axim X50v), but aside from that, they're really effective apps and these sale prices sure beat full price or even a 20% off coupon which is what I used to buy them.

Being able to track progress makes it much easy to remind yourself how much further you can run, more weight you can lift or weight you have lost. You might want to consider the Windows version of MST, too. I bought it and it's nice to be able to add data quickly when you're near your PC, too. They're also working on a Windows version of MPD which I hear might be released in early 2006.
