FCC Approves Rugged Pocket PC Phone Edition
"The FCC approved a new ruggedized Pocket PC Phone from Panasonic. The Toughbook CF-P2 has both GSM/GPRS 850/1900 as well as 802.11b Wi-Fi and Blutooth. It also features n full numeric keypad, LCD screen with light sensor for automatic backlight adjustment and SD slot. It runs Windows Mobile 2003 SE."
Going to a somewhat rough area and need a good Pocket PC Phone that will survive? Well, here may be the answer. Now you just have to get over the old OS and mere dual band connectivity. But heck, at least it still has an SD card!

Dual-band?!
Ah well, at least it's a rugged device. I wouldn't have forgiven them otherwise.
