Default HP Rumor of the Day: HP Ukraine Refutes hw6500 Rumors

http://babelfish.altavista.com/babe...2005075237.html

The link provided takes you to the Babelfish translation of the HP Ukraine news release, but evidently, they are disputing both of the rumors regarding the GPS-induced recall of the hw6500 as well as the lack of Windows Mobile 5 support. So in other words, the hw6500 is "all that plus a bag of chips"! Or is it? I'm not certain whether the information in this press release only impacts areas around the Ukraine or around the world (HP Ukraine was the only HP division that I'm aware of to issue this statement). You can find the original press statement here.

To be fair you don't see Ukraine in the Pocket PC news very often.

Actually, I think almost all of my posts kind of read like that (lots of 'blahs' without the Uranium that is...).

That caught me off guard as well. Of all the places to making a statement like this...
