Default Java Midlet Manager for Pocket PC

All I know about midlet managers.. is that I don't have one on my PPC.

Can someone who knows more than me (which is highlylikely please shed some light on what the exact purpose of these is?

Opera Mini is available for download (on xda-developers) but its in .jad and .jar (java) files and the java midlet manager is required to install adn run it.

So I assume it provides some kind of java runtime environment.

Additional questios:
Where do I get one? is it device specific? Is it OS specific? cause i'm running WM5... Is it open source? if it is, can someone please upload it or point me to a place when i can get it?
