Tonaya Releases CJReader 2.1
The v2.1 release of CJReader now offers full VGA support. The product allows you to read Chinese and Japanese files, without the need of a localised version of the Windows Mobile operating system nor the presence of third-party fonts. Handango is selling it for $12.95. A trial version is also available. [Affiliate]

Wow, this is pretty cool. I've found free stuff though that probably works almost as good, JWPce. Reading really isn't the problem. Input is. Converting my pocket pc for japanese system wide was a pain. I used to use effy but it only works with very specific pdas. I had the version for the toshiba 740 installed on my hp 2215 and it reeeeally messed the system up. Big time. It changes things on a system level so even file explorer, media player, any system font can be in japanese. It was soo very cool. Great for class too. But they don't make it for my sx66. the closest i can get is to install one of the free input methods and an 8 mb font then change the system font. but then it still really isn't totally integrated. I think it would just be easier to buy a japanese pocket pc because they supprt english fonts just fine. but then the updates may be an issue, plus it may be a pain to get ahold of a japanese dell x50v. Oh well..
