Clinton Fitch Reviews Spb Diary 1.5
"Spb Software House has produced an excellent line of applications for Windows Mobile devices and their latest edition, Spb Diary 1.5, is another positive step in that tradition. Spb Diary is a Today screen plug-in that replaces Calendar, Notes, Tasks and adds Contacts."
Clinton Fitch has just written up a review on the recently-released Spb Diary 1.5 (which features a new Notes tab, and Spb Weather integration, among other things). He's pretty impressed with Spb Diary, so head on over to his site for the full lowdown.

One thing I've noticed is that Diary often wants to scroll through only even tabs or only odd tabs with the d-pad. For example, if I'm on the Calendar tab and hit either the left or right button on the d-pad, it'll go to Contacts then Calendar, skipping Tasks and Notes completely. If I go into Options, open an item in there and tap Ok twice (effectively causing no change) then it'll scroll between all tabs. I've submitted this issue to Spb.

I wish they would offer a cab down load. I'm in Boston for the week with pocket pc only. Oh well, I'll install it when I get home on Saturday.

Holger has one (legitimate, of course, as is everything on his fab site) on www.freecabs.de, under the 'commercial programs' heading.

ctmagnus,
I can confirm the weird scrolling issue. Just wondering if you have reported this to SPB.

I did, and they sent me a link to a test version that corrects it. However, the new version occasionally will not switch tabs unless I tap on the plugin, after which it works as it should. I keep meaning to contact them about this one but I keep forgetting as it's a reasonably small issue.
