Tweaks2K2 .NET 3.8.0 - Now Compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0

3GP is a movie format used in SmartPhones with Digital Cameras.

I guess I'll go ahead ask about the other new feature then, what does permanent SMS delivery notification mean, I'm curious?
