Ilium Software and GeekZone have teamed up to offer NewsBreak Lite, which is identical to NewsBreak except you are limited to 5 channels. You can read more about NewsBreak in our original announcement on the software's release. There is a Pocket PC and Smartphone version for those of you with multiple devices.

being a rabid user of Newsbreak, I think this is a great idea to get it proliferating amongst the masses.

5 channels definitely wouldnt cut it for me though, but hey, thats about 5 channels more than you could afford before, right?
