Pocket PC Italia Reviews the Asus P505
The folk at Pocket PC Italia have just put together a fantastic review of the Asus P505 Pocket PC Phone, which as sad as it may sound, I almost thought was vaporware. The P505 features an Intel PXA270 416MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM, GSM/GPRS - Tri-Band 900MHz/1800MHz/1900MHz, a 2.8" QVGA transflective screen, a 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth, SIR, an SDIO slot, and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition as the operating system. Finally, the P505 has a street price of �599 and is expected to be made available in Italy at the end of May. With all my apps loaded, I have about 53.94 MB RAM occupied after a soft-reset. So unless this uses the new memory system, this ain't gonna cut it.
