mBlueSchedule Released for Pocket PC!
"mBlueSchedule allows you to set a day-by-day schedule to turn your mobile device Bluetooth on and off at predetermined times. Save the battery on your mobile device by turning off your Bluetooth at night. "
This handy little app will allow you to not only schedule the times you'd like Bluetooth to be on and off, but also works without requiring you to enter your power on password when the device starts or stops Bluetooth, and allows you to set one setting and use it for all days in the week. Pretty nifty, start next work week off by saving power

But, it only works with the Microsoft bluetooth stack. All of my pocket pcs have the Widcomm stack.

That's a killer for me. afaik all my devices (iPaq, dongle, keyboard, mouse, phone) all use the Widcomm stack.

Here's how I save battery...
When I need the BT radio, I turn it on. When I am done, I turn it off. It's that simple. I never leave ANY radio, BT or WiFi, on when I don't need it. Automating it is only needed if your the type that just has to have the radios on all the time.

I think PocketZenPhone does the same thing, and there is a free version of it. The only thing that this one does is change it by day.

I use (registered) PocketZenPhone with my PPC Phone Edition too and you're right it also handles the Bluetooth among all the other functions that are configurable per profile (there are also a couple of competing apps which PPCThoughts had also posted on, a recent one of which as I recall is also able to turn on/off the Bluetooth?).
I admit though there was a learning curve to PocketZenPhone (but I should probably have studied up on it from xda-developers.com forum). For example it wasn't readily apparent what each of these Volume Settings are:
- System Volume
- Phone Volume (apparently ring volume)
- Speaker Volume (apparently phone handset & hands-free speaker volumes?)
And under Radio/Bluetooth Settings, "Radio" refers to the cellular and not the Wi-Fi (there's no setting to turn on/off the Wi-Fi)...
