Default SecureWord.Mobile - Free Password Manager for Windows Mobile

http://www.cezeo.com/products/secureword-mobile/

"SecureWord.Mobile is a new password manager (password keeper) program for Pocket PC that uses Advanced Encryption Standard adopted by the US Government in 2002. Your sensitive data will always be safe and secure thanks to built-in protective measures. For example, the program automatically clears clipboard when you minimize or exit it."

For $19.95 you can buy the desktop client for your Windows based PC and use your data file in both places.

Any one tried this yet who has used Passman?

I was just wondering how it compairs. I do not need a desktop client. I just need to be able to back the database up for rebuilds and such.

I use eWallet, so can't compare. But.... you may need the desktop version more than you think. Unless you have a backup PDA, or can borrow one at a moment's notice, you won't have any way to get your passwords after you drop your PDA. I have the desktop partly for convenience, but mostly as a backup in case my PDA is out of commission.

Are you saying that i might have to survive more than 5 minutes with out my ppc???! 8O In case of a total failure it shouldn't take me more than 15 minutes to drive to Best Buy.
I've already got the route planed out and all the emergency exits labled in case of such a catastrophy... 8)

I see your point though.. I dunno if i could get my 2215 back from my fiance and her old 3600 is running linux right now. LOL

EDIT: ok, i just checked.. i can export from passman to tab delemited excel file. I will make one of those and password it in case of emergency.
