4Pockets.com Releases Red Sector 2112
"The year is 2112. Decades of neglect had reaped havoc upon the inhabitants of planet Earth. Global climate changes resulted in the accelerated melting of polar ice caps which in turn had swallowed large areas of previously populated land mass. Combined with the rebirth of nuclear power and the numerous disasters which followed large parts of our planet were rendered un-inhabitable. Earth's resources are at an all time low and can no longer sustain the uncontrollable population growth."
If first-person shooters are your thing, Red Sector 2112 looks like a fun game - it's nice to see this genre evolving on the Pocket PC platform rather than someone doing YADP (yet another Doom port).

I got an email about this 3 days ago. Since then I've been getting spammed by this companies email server. I have received over 200 emails from them in the last 36 hours! I have emailed them to let them know they need to get their system back under control but so far nothing. I hoping that one of them is reading this and might check into it for me.

PPC doesn't even have a 100% complete Doom port. Considering the screenshots use some textures that look oddly familiar (i.e. the water) I'm not too sure about how good this is.

Someone from 4Pockets was ready the comments and we just wanted to apologies to you and everyone else effected by our emails.
There were problems with the 4Pockets emails this weekend and as soon as we became aware of it we took action to stop it. A review is currently underway to ensure this cannot happen again.
Again we apologies to you and everyone effected, obviously this was not the manner in which we would liked to have launched Red Sector 2112.

Anybody playing this game? I have been playing it but am not doing well. I find that it's hard to center a target in order to shoot at it.
