Control Your XM Radio Via Your Pocket PC
http://www.engadget.com/entry/1234000283025101/
If youve got a since-recalled XM PC Receiver (or XM Direct) and a Pocket PC just hanging around, you can use XMLobby to control your XM satellite radio via your PPC. (It will even show the album cover of the current song playing as well.) Unfortunately, the price is a bit stiff at $45, and with no trial or refunds, youre pretty much stuck if it doesnt work out well for you, so wed just as soon wait for just a few reviews before plunking down our hard earned dollas on this."
There is additional information at the PocketPCTools.com site. $45 for a remote control on your Pocket PC? Even if it works perfectly, every Pocket PC takes a few seconds to get on the WLAN when you power it up, and even longer if you have WPA or WEP enabled, and you should of course. Who wants a remote that takes time to get going?

Recalled??
XM stopped selling the PCR for a combo of reasons. 1. TimeTrax, this software allowed people to create MP3's from XM PCR's. 2. They started offering online streaming music.
You can still buy the "XM Direct" units to work with your PC.
I was very interested in this software until I saw that it was $45 yikes!!
I stream my XM within my house and would love control via wifi and my PPC! I may just have to write my own program.
