ROM Update Available for the Asus MyPal A730
Asus have just made a ROM update available for the A730. New features include backlight enhancements with USB peripherals, an updated USB keyboard layout, an updated version of Asus Camera, and enhanced capture performance of the integrated camera itself. You can download the 20.8MB file here. Please note that this is the English version only.

It is not needed for the A730W which is already running the updated version of the firmware. This according to ASUS.

So, does anyone understand the instructions that were given for applying the ROM update?
Step 4 makes no sense to me:
1. Backup your persional data(Please backup your data to your PC by ActiveSync ) and unzip ROM file first.
2. Plug-in AC adapter into PDA unit (Make sure power is enough to update ROM image)
3. Copy ROM image file into CF or SD card, put card into device.
4. Press the download hot key ==>soft reset + camera button + AP4.
5. After LCD show �Pocket PC OS FlashROM Update�, release action and wait for LCD show �Upgrade Success!!� message.
6. Press power button and reset button together once to reboot system.
What is a download key? What is AP4?
Any help appreciated.
