PocketBreeze + WisBar: Create a Great Skin, Win an Axim x50v!
"PocketBreeze Today contest for Pocket PC SBSH Mobile Software and Lakeridge Software are running the "Best Today Screen" contest, designed to make using a Pocket PC fun. The grand prize winner will receive a Dell Axim x50v. The second prize winner will receive one SanDisk 512MB Secure Digital Memory Card. The third prize winner will receive a $50 Gift Certificates on Handango.
PocketBreeze allows you to display your tasks and appointments on your Today screen in an organized and attractive manner while WisBar Advance 2 allows you to manage your running programs with a more customizable interface. All entries must be sent to either SBSH Mobile Software ([email protected]) or Lakeridge Software ([email protected]) by 31 December 2004. Finalists will be announced by 5 January 2005 and the winners will be announced by 5 February 2005. All entries will be judged by the members of several major Pocket PC communities."
If you're creative and enjoy making skins (I know you're out there), you might want to check this out. Because, you know - swag. A Dell Axim x50v is some SERIOUS swag, 8O and the second and third place prizes aren't too shabby, either. Good luck!

How many skins can a person submit, One or as many as we like?
I already made a OSX VGA Panther theme for WA2 , I could extend that for the contest although I might do something completely different.
This is indeed a motivation to create, not only for the prices, but for having your work shown and judged by many people. The pleasure of people admiring and using your work is worthless

Hi Paris
You can send as many skins as you would like to, but we limit up to two skin packs from one designer that will be chosen among the finalist skin packs.

roger that I dont want to limit my self to one skin and thats good. Now that we are motivated we have plently of time to create someting magnificent.
