TwoPeaks Releases GoogHelper, A Free Google Search Tool
"GoogHelper is a FREE utility that helps you quickly launch various types of Google searches on your Pocket PC. Since it is a standalone application, it can be mapped to any of the buttons on your device, or added to various "quick launch" utilities you may be using. GoogHelper can be a great time saver for wireless Pocket PC users who frequently use Google to look stuff up..."
Very cool! Anything that helps me find things faster online, and is free, is OK by me. :way to go:

OSUKid7: Yep, just goes to Gmail.com for now. We added the button even though Gmail isn't compatible with Pocket IE right now, so that we don't have to change the app if and when Gmail does support Pocket IE. Let's hope that happens soon

does that mean, gmail is now available to the masses? and what's the status of the gmail thing, i think this is a nice thing since many pocket pc people most likely have gmail or use the tools that google have.

It is pretty handy, but is missing the most important Google feature for a PPC user!

I didn't quite understand what you were asking, but it's basically a service that allows you to find local businesses and services. Perfect for the person who uses a PDA on-the-go.

The above statement orignally implied that the program was missing the local.google.com link somewhere. I was wondering if it was, and where I should use it, if it was missing.
